Extruded aluminum tubes

Extruded aluminum tubes are made of metal pipes made of aluminum and manufactured by the extrusion.

Extrusion is a manufacturing production process which is intended to be objects (eg pipes) Profile of firm sector. Aluminum is pulled or pushed through a die, the dice are made in the shape of the desired cross-section. These can be created using a manufacturing process by extrusion, however, has two major advantages:

* Cross-section of a complex can be produced by extrusion.
* Since the material used in this process meet the shear and compression of brittle materials can be processed.

Hot or cold material can be used in the manufacture and can continuously or semi-continuous. Semi-continuous number of pieces produced, while other product in theory, an infinitely long piece.

Aluminum is not the only material to be used, it can to make these tubes, I've listed below some other materials and manufacturing processes features:

* Aluminum: The material is most likely to be extruded and hot or cold, when extruded, it is heated from 300 to 600 degrees Celsius.
* Titan is: between 600 - 1000 degrees Celsius and is heated primarily used for the manufacture of aircraft components.
* Copper heat the same as titanium is also used to make pipes, rods, etc. are often more 100ksi high pressure is required for extrusion of copper.
* Lead and tin at a temperature below the heat of copper, however, used to produce the same products.
* Magnesium: This is another material for the manufacture of aircraft parts and is easier to extrude than aluminum.
